The Islamic Presentation Committee announced receiving financial support from the Awqaf Public Foundation , amounting to 60,000 dinars, for the benefit of the Translated Quran Library project, dedicated to non-Arabic speakers.

The Director-General of the committee, Ammar Al-Kandari, expressed his appreciation for the generous support of the Awqaf Public Foundation, which reflects its strong commitment to providing religious and cultural care to Kuwait's guests, including mosque-goers from Muslim communities and new converts from various nationalities.

Al-Kandari stated that the support includes 600 libraries that will be distributed to mosques in Kuwait's six governorates by the end of this month, under the supervision of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, in coordination with the mosque administrations.

Regarding the library's contents, Al-Kandari explained that it includes 12 Qurans in 6 languages: English, Urdu, Nepali, Tamil, Hindi, and Bengali, making it one of the greatest tools to help them understand the Quran with translated meanings.

In addition to the Quran translations, the library will also include booklets on mosque etiquette, purification, and supplications, providing essential resources to worshippers in need of such materials in their own languages.

Al-Kandari concluded by renewing his thanks to the Awqaf Public Foundation for its continuous support of the committee's projects aimed at introducing Islam to Kuwait’s guests and supporting Muslim communities and new converts.
