The Islamic Presentation Committee concluded the year 2024 with significant achievements and successes in Islamic outreach, most notably the guidance of 2,702 men and women from various non-Arabic-speaking communities to embrace the faith of Allah, the Almighty.

The General Manager of the Committee, Ammar Al-Kandari, stated that this achievement, by the grace of Allah, crowns the efforts of 76 preachers and is a blessed outcome of the “Change Their Lives” campaign. He also emphasized the immense reward awaiting the supporters of the committee’s projects, campaigns, and preacher sponsorships.

Al-Kandari added that the committee’s preachers conducted over 4,000 field visits across Kuwait’s governorates, organized more than 5,000 lectures on Islamic outreach, awareness, and culture, and distributed 82,000 brochures, booklets, guidance kits, cards, and magazines in various languages to address diverse non-Arabic-speaking audiences.

He highlighted another remarkable achievement in the “Teach Me Islam” and Arabic Language projects, where the number of students reached a record high of 8,455, with 881 courses conducted.

Additionally, Al-Kandari noted the success of the Quran memorization competitions for non-Arabic speakers. The “Al-Rahimani” competition attracted 1,000 participants from Muslim communities and converts, while 400 participants took part in the “Al-Hammad” competition.

He also mentioned the distribution of over 37,000 Iftar meals during Ramadan to non-Arabic speakers, along with 73 sacrifices as part of the Udhiya Project. The committee further organized three Umrah trips for 142 new converts.

In conclusion, Al-Kandari expressed gratitude to the supporters of the committee’s projects, saying: “Thank you, people of goodness. These achievements are the fruits of your contributions to the cause of Islamic outreach. We ask Allah to reward you with equivalent blessings for every good deed achieved by these converts.”
